A & E Property is a professional development company founded in 2016 that focuses on build to sell projects. We work with investors & property professionals on building quality homes for our customers and generating a return for our investors. The sort of projects we acquire & source are properties that require either extensive work including minor structural issues and empty commercial premises. Aaron’s background started in IT where his main goals in life was to one day become a computer programmer and this lead him along the path of graduating from Canterbury Christ Church University with a first-class degree with honours in computing. While studying Aaron worked on his own web design agency where he brought together a team consisting of himself and two talented individuals to assist in creating top class websites. Aaron first learned about property investing when he attended a local networking event. This was a major revelation and everything Aaron had known was changed and the realisation of the potential returns from property quickly changed his personal path in life. This has developed a passion like Ellis where he is constantly improving his knowledge and enjoys learning about the subject of property investing. Aaron focuses on driving investment into the business from our external investors by constantly working on and maintaining our marketing campaign. Aaron uses his experience in computing to develop all of the supporting documents & systems that assist with the daily running of A & E Property.
Ellis has a background of construction from working in the industry as a painting & decorator and as a qualified plumber. This is where Ellis developed a passion for property where he gained a desire to join the architects and project investors walking around on their site visits instead of just a skilled tradesman. From this experience, Ellis gained an appetite but never really set the time on increasing his knowledge about property investing but unfortunately Ellis had a major road traffic accident on this motorcycle causing him to be off work for a long period. During this moment of recovery Ellis had a lot of time to reflect on his life and the direction it was travelling, he knew always wanted to get into property investing and never really knew how. During this time, Ellis was laid up in a hospital bed and he acquired a few popular property books where he took the time to educate himself over the year he was in hospital. After his release from hospital Ellis had a real fire from inside himself where he had the book knowledge but needed to see some first-hand experience which is where Aaron assisted in the locating of local property networking events. The knowledge & experienced gained from this community gave them the confidence and support network to complete their first buy to sell project using investors funds and credit. This was Ellis’s story from 3 years ago and now in A & E Property he takes on the role of sourcing development sites and constructing deals for A&E Property to put forward to their investors to produce them a return.
