Woodford court was one of the first refurbishment projects A & E property completed and it consisted of a very straight forward refurbishment with not a lot of works required. The flat had been maintained in the sense of having double glazing and UPVC doors but not kept up to date with the internal furnishing. We bought Woodford court as a repossession from a local estate agent. We gutted the property including the tiles in the bedrooms and added additional radiators to allow better heat in the property. We added all new internal doors and woodwork and gave the property a fresh lick of paint.
