This project was presented to A & E Property off market and it consisted of a conversion element of an existing 3 bedroom house into two units comprising of a 1 bedroom house and a 2 bedroom house. The conversion was managed by A & E Property LTD using our builders to make adjustments to the floor plans and areas to separate the two units safely and securely.

Conversion completed and signed off by building control with all of its own utility connections.
