Landlord Fees
These are our fees for landlords of HMOs (houses in multiple occupation) and buy-to-let (single let) properties.
For both HMOs and buy-to-let, we offer a full management service only. The tenant find fee is part of that service. We don’t offer tenant-find-only.
HMO fees

Buy-to-let (single let) fees

No VAT is charged on any of the fees above.
No other fees
We do not charge any other fees. Everything else is included. The only exception is travel costs if we have to attend court on your behalf.
